Downhole Memory Pressure Gauge

The SQ-5000 downhole memory pressure gauge is controlled by an internal microprocessor and powerful software.

The SQ-5000 offers a short, slimline profile with a tough, dependable, simple, and intelligent design. The microprocessor is capable of detecting the correct pressure and temperature and adjusting the sampling rate automatically (once programmed for the test application).

The SQ-5000 gauge utilizes a Quartzdyne quartz resonator sensor to provide accurate pressure and temperature data. It is so simple to operate that a paper clip can be used to program it by changing the switch settings for the Type and Duration of test. The large memory capacity and custom computer programming options allow great flexibility in test program design.

With the use of our simple, menu driven software, you can retrieve and report the gauge data (using a compatible computer and printer) from the tool once it is removed from the well.

Advanced reporting features are available such as data printouts, gradient reports, gradient plots and most of the standard time vs. pressure/temperature plot formats.
